Betty has been inspired by her father to help others maintain a healthy lifestyle which includes fitness through Yoga and Pilates.   Her father received a wake up call in his 40's with a minor heart attack which put him on a path to converting his lifestyle to include daily exercise leading to multiple cross-country Century bike rides from coast to coast in his mid-late 60's.  In addition to her IM=X Advanced and Spinal certifications, Betty also has obtained several traditional pilates certifications and is an accomplished yoga instructor

Teresa Pick, IM=X Pilates Certified Instructor. Teresa began dancing at age 5, taking classes in ballet, tap and jazz, and performing in several local musical theater productions.  After high school she took a break from performing to focus on her studies at UC Davis, where she received a B.S. in Chemistry in 2001.  Soon after returning to ballet in 2006 after an eight year hiatus Teresa found IM=X Pilates after fracturing a bone in her foot.  She was able to continue to work at improving her posture, strength and flexibility while allowing her foot to heal.  Currently, Teresa works full time doing cancer research and enjoys working part time as an IM=X Pilates instructor to help balance out her left-brainedness.  She lives in Danville with her husband, Jeff, and cat, Crash.
