Timberly Enders, IM=X Pilates Instructor |
Timberly is an exercise enthusiast who has traveled a crazy road! She has always had love for fitness. She has run a marathon and participated in the Avon 40 mile walk. However, 15 years ago when she had her second child, she broke her tailbone. This caused major back problems ever since. Eight years ago after the Avon 30 mile walk she threw her back out. She was couch bound, helpless, and in pain. After two back surgeries, her physical therapist recommended that she give IM=X Pilates a try. He thought it would be just what she needed to get moving again. After 15 private sessions with Vanessa. She could not believe the progress. And the changes in her back and body were astounding! Her attitude and body were changing. She was working out 2-3 hours EVERYDAY! And the staff took notice. She lost 30 lbs in five months!!!
Getting certified in Pilates was on obvious decision. She looks forward to sharing this excitement and passion with others. So many people are needlessly suffering through pain. Her hope is to share her story, her knowledge, and her passion!
Timberly is certified in IM=X Pilates, Zumba, TRX and Spinning
