Arrival and In-Studio Policies

First time clients, please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of your class in order to get familiar with our equipment and fill out necessary forms.
Required: Grip Socks, if it is your first-time at our studio and you do not have a pair, we can provide you with a pair.
We have everything here at the studio for you, but always feel free to bring your own ring, handles, or foot loops.

Cancellation and Scheduling Policies

You can schedule your session up to 30 minutes before the start of the class though your MindBody account from our website or your app.
We have a 6-hour cancellation policy for group classes due to limited class capacity. Please remove yourself from class via your MindBody account or reach out to us via phone or email.
Should you need to cancel a private session, we ask for 24-hour notice. Without notification, there is a $10 late cancellation fee for unlimited and limited members for group classes. For class-pack holders the class will be deducted from your account.
Late Arrivals will be allowed to participate 5 minutes after the start of the class.

This information has been put together to help you get the most out of your membership and work outs. Our instructors are here to help you. If you have any questions about how to modify/intensify any exercises, please ask! We encourage you to schedule private sessions in addition to the group sessions to get the most out of your work outs!

Covid-19 Safety Policies and Procedures:

Wash hands upon arrival.
Please wipe down all equipment used during your session at the end of your class using the sanitizing spray and towels.

Do not come in if you have cough or flu like symptoms.
